I like that your usi...This sounds delicious, Diane.<br />I like that your using biscotti for the crust....so many people use Graham cracker for cheesecake and I find it doesn't go with cheese cake....makes them too (the only word that comes to me is in Spanish) empalagoso, I guess cloying would be the translation....I prefer a biscotti or even a finely ground nut crust....try a ground hazelnut crust next time....<br />OS to Graham cracker lovers...
